“Breathing Life into a Dying System: Recreating Healthcare from Within” by Katrin Kaeufer, Claus Otto Scharmer & Ursula Versteegen appearing in Reflections: The SoL Journal, Vol.5, No.3. Using a case study, the authors describe a sustainable process for moving from developing a deeper appreciation of system interdependence and complexity to action among diverse stakeholders.
